Review
Russian label Liquid Brilliants return to their stridently upbeat Riders EP series for a second time, with six tracks of typically summer flushed rolling beats dipped in liquid excellence. Jammy kicks things off with "Spend the Night With Me" which expertly lines some chipmunked R & B vocals alongside warm melodies. Alongside it Haik-Adu & Londy's "4 Forward" implements a similarly liquefied rhythmic approach to a naggingly familiar and sweetly soulful sample. Elsewhere the brilliantly titled "Root Beer Float" sees Bank draw on lilting Oriental tones over a sinewy bassline, whilst Three20 drops the biggest sounding roller here with the expansive tough workout "Care Package".Get new release alerts
