Surely one of the hardest working and in-demand producers at present, MJ Cole follows up recent mixes for Wiley, Shy FX and Chase & Status with this unexpectedly different set of tunes out on his own Prolific imprint. With experimentation being the order of the day, Cole tries out a variety of new sounds and makes them work for him perfectly - whether it be the cosmic, creepy post-dubstep of "Mantra", the arpeggio 'n' strings brilliance of "Bordeaux", the fast, spacey, almost Juke-tempo'd "Hawaii" or the truly futuristic and wide-eyed garage of "TGV". Highly recommended stuff.
