Next up on Hardgroove is Nuke with a diverse EP. "Cookie Love" starts the release in frenetic mode. Claps crash in over a menacing organ, with this interplay held together by a driving rhythm. It has echoes of Robert Hood's minimal techno sound. "Legal Vacuum" is another peak-time track. Centred on a layered, building filter, Nuke underpins it with a steely groove. "Ignorant Groovers" is also stripped back and linear. Revolving around a lithe rhythm, it features subtle vocal samples and chiming bells. The only exception to this approach is "Ten Eleven Twelve". Led by dubbed out drums, once again it sees Nuke fuse a looped vocal with subtle filter builds.Get new release alerts
