More liquid gold from one of D&B's most prolific producers. Taking things darker this time around, the producer who has worked with the likes of IM:Ltd, Focuz and Good Looking as well as creating his own Intelligent Recordings label from his hometown of Kiev, Physical Illusion is no stranger to hard work. This EP is a labour of love, pushing up influences from jazz and soul to the darker side of the spectrum. "Commotion" combines a deep, dark bassline and pulsating kicks and snares with airy vocals for an off-kilter feel, while "Moods" chooses to ramp up the dancefloor from the start, offering a huge wobbling bassline barely contained by big, rolling percussion.
