Review

Delving deep into their ever-growing 4x4 collection, Stanton Warriors' Punks imprint gets dents the floor with its fours. Reminding us that vibes are universal regardless of the drum arrangement, we're winded by the worming, aggy bass of Skapes take on "Beat Goes On", we're hustled and shaken by Jay Robinson's take on Taim's "Overtime", we're dizzied by Tru Fonix's tripped-out squelch-fest "Freak Out" and turned inside out by the Marc Spence's roughhouse technoid shakedown of "Umy". Elsewhere Hotfire shoots us to planets unknown on "Can't Stop", the Basement dub of "Trutopia" takes us back to 98 while Treasure Fingers' take on "Get Low" adds a healthy dose of disco sparkle. Guaranteed to bring the house down.
