Review

Sofie Letitre's recent LP on Division, the gracefully named Take To Heels, was deep and wondrous enough to certainly merit a remix coalition, and should be receiving more praise from bass-heads looking for something a little more soulful. While the original provided some meditative flair, this extended reinterpretation is obviously more open to different styles and influences, such as Know VA's slow, stumbling, and ominously constructed rework of "Elevate", or the silky-smooth pseudo garage of Commodo's remix of "Wonder When". Another special 'un is Ivy Lab's version of "Wonder When", a convoluted bass surprise, and Former's big, bad take on "Stranger".
