Review
After releases on House Of Disco and Dirt Crew, Sound Support - AKA Lars Dale of Detroit Swindle fame, plus German DJ/producer Lorenz Rhode - return to Prins Thomas's Internasjonal with a four-track EP. 'Apollo 21' itself is a low-slung, funk-fuelled disco chugger with a nice fat, squelchy bottom end, 'Brownsfield' is a more dreamy, drifty, blissed-out affair, while 'Never Odd Or Even' brings the Italo/cosmic vibes. The standout for this reviewer is 'Tempest', which has the surging, pulsing euphoric energy of Italian house from the late 80s and early 90s, but any/all of the four should keep more leftfield/forward-thinking disco floors grooving nicely.Get new release alerts
