Athens based Stelios Vassiloudis first appeared on our radar earlier in 2017 with the super impressive 'Chair In Orbit' EP for Hamburg powerhouse Poker Flat, in collaboration with one of the city's finest: Nils Nuernberg. This time he hooks up with Tel Aviv veteran Sahar Z (a known collaborator with local hero Guy Gerber) with an impressive two trackers for the infamous Bedrock imprint - and you can bet that there are some atmospheric, dub-inflected tech house experiments on offer. There's the hypnotic cyclicality of "Nagasaki" with its cavernous stomp and delay drenched aesthetics that will prove to be a worthy tool for a serious DJ's set. Second offering "Osaka" is more in line with John Digweed's label on this slinky and melodic progressive house epic. Its immaculate production and evocative feel throughout is sure to create some true euphoria wherever it gets played.Get new release alerts
