It's still hard to really believe this album by Lawrence, aka Sten, was released 15 years ago, a time when the Dial label was defining the minimal melodies and deeper house sounds coming out of Germany. Making it to digital for the first time after CD and vinyl releases, Leaving The Frantic was the first of two Sten albums that focused on more stripped back, dubby and minimalistic sounds designed for when the fading hours of a club night has decided to move outside for misty-eyed dancers to lose themselves in the smoke machine fog and tupperware skies of an overcast winter.Get new release alerts
