Well well well, we've seen some garish attempts to rack up a following on Twitter but never anything as blatant an EP called "Follow Me". It's a good job this request - nay, order! - is delivered in such a delightful musical form. Classic early noughties vibes ride throughout as The Brainkiller takes us back the golden age of breakbeats. "Funky Night" is a real chunky funkster with early shades of Cut La Roc and Freq Nasty while "Stick" is more reminiscent of the Stantons back in their early UKG days. But the real star of the show is the title track; rolling and rasping like an Zinc record circa "138 Trek", it's enough to make you sign up to Twitter just to follow Mr Brainkiller.Get new release alerts
