Review
There's not much information about TRS, but as Paralogism Of Soul, the artist's second EP, is out on Planet Rhythm, you can rest assured that it's a quality release. Focusing on the purist end of techno throughout, the EP starts with the title track, a driving percussive affair featuring deft filters and a rolling groove. "Soul is a Person" is slightly more melodic, as TRS lets a tranced-out chord sequence unfold over dense kicks. However, it's only a temporary divergence and "Soul Is Simple" takes influence from Mike Parker to create a dense, tonal workout. Rounding off this fine dance floor release is "Soul is Substance",which resounds to metallic drums and effective filtering.Get new release alerts
