Cook returns to Ann Aimee with a more linear approach than explored on his debut, 2 x 2. The title track sets the tone for the release, with a pulsing bass bleeding into a buzzing, whooshing climax as heavy drums provide the support. "Lighthouse" is more stripped back, with bells chiming and filters powering the rolling, percussive backing rhythm. "Nylon" follows in a similar vein, a heavy tracky affair, with spacey filters to the fore. Cook offers no let up on this release and even the closing track, "Suspense", sees the Ukrainian artist let fly with jagged riffs and dense tribal beats, sounding in the process very similar to classic Lost releases.
