Review: Following up his barnstorming debut EP on Bad Life, Attaque serves up three equally romptastic tracks on Lektroluv. Head straight to the EP's title track for some old school realism, which manages to combine elements of both Detroit homage AND UK rave history with an acid line that's not dissimilar to Leftfield. "Envelopes", a head nod to Attaque's previous employment as a postman, is a little more understated with a relentless one-note bass loop that reverbs its way into oblivion. "Motion" finishes the set with yet more retro-sounding bravado. A nifty vocal snippet, a simple-but-deadly riff and a build up that's been pipped to win gold at this year's build up Olympics make this one surefire big room bullet. The good vibes "Flow"...

Review: Having dropped sophisticated electro bombshells since 2010 that have been welded into the sets of 2manydjs, Tiga, Erol Alkan and Crookers, Belgian duo Mumbai Science return in style with this EP. Part 1 of the release boasts "Researchers" - a typically tight, acid-influenced belter with a touch of Kraftwerk melody and old-school electro drums on the echoey fills. There's also "Commandments", which takes a slightly slower approach but doesn't skimp on the mind-exploding synth pile-ons and huge squelchy drops for a second. Destined to be rinsed hard in the next few months.

Review: Teaming up with fellow Belgian Dr Lektroluv to release this new electro banger on the latter's Lektroluv Records, Modek smashes it over the course of these two newies. "Willow" builds with a crunchy, Mumbai Science/Boys Noize-styled acid lead line before smoothly breaking down into a John Carpenter-esque set of doomy choir stabs that get looped into armageddon for a mighty drop. "Dust" keeps things on an equally filthy tip thanks to generous bass distortion and 808 snares, both fused together for an almighty electro stomp. Strong stuff indeed.

Review: A brilliant and brutal blast of electro madness from German troublemaker Ampasand, backed up with a pair of equally inspired mixes. Dropping in tight warped hip-hop vocal shots (notably from the Wu-Tang's "Bring Da Ruckus") over heavy Zombie Nation-styled synths, Ampasand works up a truly deadly storm here. Recent Dim Mak signing SonicC, who came out of nowhere last year with the astonishing "Stickin" (played by the likes of Boyz Noize and Erol Alkan) does an audacious mix that's both gothic and grinding, while HighBloo arranges his rework around a hypnotic soca beat and packs in lots of fierce fuzzing synths.

Review: After dropping big EPs such as March's "Hurricane" release or their killer mix of ZZT's "Zzafrica" and Proxy's "Vibrate", Belgian electroists Sound of Stereo go under the remix knife themselves on this revisit of their Mineral EP. Of the many highlights, Dutch duo TWR72 (who made a huge splash with this year's "Summer of '91" single) remix "Opal" into a minimal bomb, while Loops of Fury turn in a devilish Tiga-esque remake of the mighty "Diamond". For a much more soulful and stripped down treatment though, definitely check out Errorism's glorious textbook house treatment.
