Review: John Digweed's unstoppable Bedrock returns with Quivver aka London's John Graham with "Mumbo Jumbo" a deep and slow burning exercise in dancefloor drama featuring bittersweet chord progressions, rolling bass and trippy synth atmospherics that you could imagine Herman Cattaneo dropping to a loved up crowd at 4:00 in the morning. Second offering "This Was" is less dark and more positive and uplifting with its elevating arpeggio and sublime pads supporting a sweet vocal led groove. Following up some great recent releases on the likes of Selador;, Baroque and the aforementioned Cattaneo's Sudmusic: this guy certainly is on a roll right now.
