Walk & Skank
Review: Jungle revivalist outfit the Serial Killaz join forces with old Digital Soundboy specialist Benny Page for "Walk & Skank", which then gets a remix from Northern Lights. First up, it's the Northern Lights remix of the aforementioned "Walk & Skank" - a thumping piece of tomfoolery with smacking drums, booming bass and the original jungle vibe still shining through. Watch for the old skool rave switch! Then Serial Killaz remix reggae-drenched "Crying Out" into a modern day jungle classic.

Euphonique & Dazee Present: Welcome To The Jungle
Review: Oh gosh! Every Welcome To The Jungle collection is a big deal but this latest edition from Euphonique and Dazee is a whole other rain forest. 96 tracks and a mix that weighs in over two hours, this is the sound of two of the most foremost and inspiring Bristol-based DJs going IN in every single direction. Loaded with a great range of classics, exclusives and left-of-centre vibes, highlights across this massive collection include Aries and Euphonique's massive 'Amen', Dazee & Jinx's 'Shake It Up', Sweetpea and Chickaboo's 'The Jump Off' and the recent skat-dancing fire-up 'Skip De Du Dat'. And that's not scratching the surface. This is an epic collection. Essential.

Welcome To The Jungle Vol 4/The Ultimate Jungle Cakes Drum & Bass Compilation
Various
Review: 39 tracks, 10 FX sounds and a full mix. This isn't any old slice of afternoon cake you might share your elderly neighbour or distant relative, this is a seven-tiered wedding cake full of every type of unhealthy, fattening ingredient you can imagine. And we're not stopping until we've chowed the lot. If you've feasted on Deekline and Solo's Jungle Cakes before then you'll already know how tasty this is; a selection of their own releases and similarly spirited cuts from the scene, all laced with dubwise, dancehall and skank-soaked soul. Highlights hang from every corner but you'd be mad not to peak at Aries & Gold's soul-flecked massage of Mr Benn, or Dominator & Logan D's brokeback bust-up "Cowboy" or Serial Killaz' savage repurposing of Freestyler's iconic "Entertainer". High calorie badness.
