Review: Kim&Buran are probably best known for their work on the seminal Nang label - and if that doesn't give you enough of a clue what to expect here, then perhaps their description of themselves as a "Russian retro-futuristic space disco band, playing sci-fi, cosmic easy-listening, space disco and downtempo" will! Nu-disco in the classic Nang style is the order of the day, with 'Discoscope' bringing all the dreamy, driftaway 80s synths and vocodered vocal snips you could ask for, placing them atop a walking bassline and a chunky but not overbearing 4/4 kick. Just the one mix, so there's not really much more to tell you.
