Review: Look up keywords 'deep water' and 'dreams' and you'll have some idea of where this record is going...or at least comes from. A dark place, maybe...but not the ominous sort; a kind where colour is splashed around by Dreems ambient swirls, chimes and arpeggios of tracks "Coaster's Retreat", to the more laced-out, cosmiq and psych-synths of "Moonlight In The Depths". In Deep Waters presents a next release for Dreems on Thomas Von Party's Multi Culti label following last year's Diamond Bay LP, and you can xpect swathes of new age, exotica and synth, with more acoustic ballads to be found in "The Bends". A good place to dream that's for sure.
