Review: This week on Bedrock we finally receive an eagerly awaited track that sees the light of day, that has been a feature in label co-head John Digweed's acclaimed DJ sets recently. It is a result of the dream team DNA Presents, featuring progressive house veteran Charlie May, co-founder and resident of Never Say Never (Ushuaia) Dimitri Nakov, plus legendary Belgian-Egyptian vocalist Natascha Atlas and Czech producer Roman Rai (Moving Pictures). "Slip 'N' Slide" is slinky and hypnotic mood music that's perfect for the morning hours, with its sensual groove and Atlas' mesmerising vocal being a constant throughout.

Review: Atlas' debut on Keysound comes as no surprise whatsoever and, in fact, we were expecting to see someone of hi calibre pop up on the label. "Solitude" is a little work of art, a deep and enthralling web of bass and wide-eyed synths that bring to mind the start of something new fantastic, and it also fall neatly into the sparse folds of low frequencies present on the sonic massage that is "On The Cusp". "Alone In A Timespan" is all icy synths drone twisting carried forwards by a heavy percussion muscle, while "Calm" switches the mood and drops a heavy groove over masterfully executed licks of bass and melodies. Big tip right here.

Review: Little Corner have hit the nail on the head with this one as they arrange 13 tracks of pure musical freedom, going by the collective name of 'En Famille'. We see submissions from the likes of high flyers such as Scratcha DVA, Etch, Atlas and more, with a tonne of new school names providing fantastic contributions. For us the stand out tracks have to include the stunning melodic movement and icey sound design of G3's 'Paprika', DJ Manny's super bouncy adventure in 'U Wanna B Fr33' and Extract's acid-inspired journey through sound in 'Eager'.
