Review: Whenever the Nomine Sound wagon pulls into town, we know that there is enjoyment afoot, a theory that is once again proved accurate with this latest two-tracker, welcoming the combined fever or Dust & Katja inside for two absolute stormbreakers. First up, 'Hold Tight', a percussively-unique soundscape of scuttling drum patterns and bone-chilling vocal work, delivering a mind-bending soundscape which constantly has you wondering which way you will turn next. On the flip side to this, 'Too Much' allows us to explore more of those blissful vocal lines, but this time in a slightly busier backdrop, as shuffling shakers and intense hi-hat lines lead the rhythm for a much more alternative flipside. The jazzy tones and eerie harmonies of this project are a thing of real beauty.
