Review: For the latest release on upcoming label Strohm, Ancel delivers a tough techno EP. "Dancing Glory" is a fast-paced affair, powered by raw bass tones and razor-sharp, ticking percussion. "Glory.." doesn't follow a typical route though, with Ancel adding in some seductive vocal snippets and powerful rave stabs. On the title track, Ancel makes a drastic change in approach; while the rhythm is still pumping and remains focused on the dance floor, the spectre of 90s trance looms large, with rainforest samples and a haunting vocal sample unfolding across the arrangement. It makes for an evocative and distinctive club track.
