Los Angeles 515
Los Angeles 515 - (5:06) 127 BPM
Review: Master Mood's "Los Angeles 515" (so named because it features a sneaky sample from the opening credits of The A-Team) is so big, it sounds like it would rival Lance Armstrong in the 'sneaky substance abuse' stakes. Everything about it, from the screeching electro noises and Thomas Bangalter-ish compressed synths, to the child-scaring wobble bassline and obligatory hands-in-the-air breakdown, screams "banger". You have been warned.

Air Guitar
Air Guitar (Ultra Music Festival Anthem) - (6:14) 131 BPM
Review: The subject of intense discussion since early airings last December, Afrojack chose Ultra to really hammer this new anthem home and it's been on repeat ever since. "Air Guitar" is a dynamic stomper that builds from an infectious, stripped back rhythm to a deep, driving bassline to an outrageous, full-flavoured riff by way of a dreamy breakdown. A heady injection of instant chaos, Afrojack is on firing form right here.

222
222 (original mix) - (6:34) 126 BPM
222 (Marco V remix) - (6:36) 126 BPM Hot
Review: Not just a random number, "222" is actually the amount of times HJM shouted "yes!" when he finally nailed this ridiculously epic riff. Serious Ibiza material, what HJM has done here is create that urgent sense of drama most producers dream of. It's all down to a well executed, not to mention infectious, three-note electro riff played a series of pristine sounding synths and backed up with some rather beefy bass tones. Need a little more techno attitude with your euphoria? Well why didn't you say? Just head straight for Marco V's even bolshier remix. Massive.

What Happens In Vegas
What Happens In Vegas (club mix) - (5:43) 130 BPM Hot
What Happens In Vegas (radio edit) - (2:49) 130 BPM
Review: Following on from Chuckie's huge "Let The Bass Kick", the Dutch electro supremo joins forces with fellow countryman Gregor Salto on this equally massive ode to Las Vegas debauchery. Using a defiantly Euro-friendly lead as a bridge to the bleeped-out chorus, the pair construct a hot and heavy electro winner that you can bet the house on.

Steve Jobs
Steve Jobs (radio edit) - (3:19) 128 BPM
Steve Jobs (South Central remix) - (5:24) 128 BPM Hot
Steve Jobs (Sem Thomasson remix) - (5:48) 127 BPM
Steve Jobs (Mason temix) - (5:38) 128 BPM
Review: It's a Steve-on-Steve love-in on a bed of vibrant bleeps right here. Dedications to influential figures in technology are few and far between in electronic music, but if anyone deserves one it's Apple's gone-but-never-forgotten founder Steve Jobs. Aoki's tribute is done with typical gung-ho fervour with a sprightly synths, monstrous bass and a nagging lead that will stick in your head almost as long as memories of your first ever iPod. There's equally cool action on the remix front, too with South Central, Sem Thomasson and Mason all providing interesting interpretations. I imagine Jobsy would be very proud to have his name on such roof-raising talent.

Sweet Dreams
Sweet Dreams (Swede Dreams mix) - (5:54) 128 BPM Hot
Sweet Dreams (Sweeder Dreams mix) - (5:54) 128 BPM
Sweet Dreams (Swede dub mix) - (5:54) 128 BPM
Sweet Dreams (Swede Dreams radio edit) - (2:58) 128 BPM
Review: Swedish producer Avicii come through with a few vocodered rerubs of the Eurhythmics classic that are ripe for the peaktime electro set. The amusingly named Swede Dreams mix is a bouncy take that's primed for the peak time electro sets, whilst the Sweeder is more fist pumping and bigger on the break downs. The accompany dub mix digs even deeper into the latter approach and probably works the best!

Romper Room (remixes)
Romper Room (Joachim Garraud remix) - (6:28) 126 BPM
Romper Room (Fine Touch remix) - (6:07) 126 BPM
Romper Room (Roberto Sansixto & Jo Cappa techmix) - (7:10) 126 BPM
Romper Room (Dick Ray remix) - (7:06) 126 BPM
Romper Room (Ba51K remix) - (4:26) 132 BPM Hot
Review: This remix package should be something of a treat for those who like their electro-house big, bashy, crunchy and in-your-face. Joachim Garraud leads the way riding a wave of gated riffs, booming beats and cheeky electric piano stabs. Fine Touch lives up to his name with a colossal bullder, before Roberto Sansixto and Jo Cappa flip the script, delivering a big room electro-tech remix that rises and falls in all the right places. Dick Ray (snigger) opts for a sweaty tribal stomper - all relentless drums and little else - before Ba51K pulverises the dancefloor to smithereens with a formidable wobble-step roller.

Ready 2 Go (Hardwell remix) - (6:34) 128 BPM
Review: Having parted ways with Bloc Party, singer Kele Okereke has been on an electro-inspired mission of late - hooking up with XXXChange for his own solo album The Boxer and now joining Parisian hit machine Martin Solveig on this latest single. With a stadium-sized mix of whirring bass, epic trance-shaped chords and Kele's power-lungs, Solveig creates an almighty banger while Dutch superstar Hardwell works up an equally huge and punishing mix that makes great use of the original's chorus chords. French electro-trance player Arno Cost also drops a winning mix that saves the vocals for the breakdowns whilst filling the verses with driving pianos and live snares.

Spaceman (Naffz remix) - (4:35)
Review: You know those tunes that worm their way into your head and permanently tattoo themselves onto your ear drums? Then you'll know all about "Spaceman". Hooky, euphoric and unarguably hedonistic, Hardwell has delivered one almighty peaktime banger here. Busting moves on the dancefloor polished and primed by the likes of Will.I.Am, Guetta and the Swedish House Mafia, this combines all the best elements of electro, house and trance with a vocal that demands radio attention. Looking for something a bit harder? Then head directly to the Headhunterz remix for a rub so hardcore technotastic it's almost got a donk on it. Dubsteppers should opt for Drown The Fish's remix while moombahton fans will be more than happy with the downpitched Naffz remix.

Ride My Beat (Mike Delinquent dub) - (4:31) 136 BPM
Review: Peaktime grime-meets-electro with plenty of crossover potential, Bayku waxes lyrical about intoxicating drink combos and partying like glamorous rockstars while the Polluted Mindz get heavy with a bashy beat and nagging topline hook. If it's a little too in-your-face, look no further than Chuckie's series of rubs and dubs; adding some cool filtered chords and more of a funky house feel, he's paved a smoother ride without taking any of the edge and energy from original. Those with a penchant for two-step will be keen to hear Mike Delinquent's remix. Old school meets new school in a rather delightful way; between him, Chuckie and the original, this package caters for many, many tastes.
