Review: Over the years, prolific producer Citizen appears to have picked up an additional 'N' (perhaps it was awarded for long service). Here the London-based house head follows up fine recent outings on Crosstown Rebels and Abobe with a welcome return to W&O Street Tracks. "Songs of Praise + Worship" is presented in three contrasting parts. The first, which kicks off the EP, underpins jaunty, undulating piano lines and mazy female vocal snippets with a stomping rhythm track, while "Part 2" moves further towards hazy, string-laden deep house territory. "Part 3", which closes the EP, is the most forthright version of the lot, with bombastic beats, sleazy vocals and rugged, main room motifs.
