Review: Twinkids is the electronic pop project of Matt Young and Gene Fukui. After meeting at Oberlin College & Conservatory in northeast Ohio: the same place that spawned other huge acts like Teengirl Fantasy, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Liz Phair, they have been steadily releasing since 2010. Their new single "Body Wonder" is a song about romantic desperation, according to San Francisco based Om Records. In the same lush, harmonic style of their first single "Dreamer", it features a roomy vocal production, heavy percussion and big sustained synths. The track confesses a poetic story of dependence: 'I won't know how to fall if you let go of me'.
