Review
This three-tracker marks the Vintage Music debut of Scruscru, a producer who has been quietly going about his business for the past couple of years. Like much of Vintage Music's catalogue, there's a summery warmth and gently sun-kissed vibe present throughout. We're particularly enjoying the colourful guitar riffs, twinkling melodies, wonky electronics and metronomic deep house drums of trippy, dubbed-out shuffler "Burevestnik (feat. J Balanov)", though sumptuous Balearic deep house closer "Sormowskie Zori" - all bustling drums, cascading echo-laden guitars and eyes closed melodies - is also rather good. That said, the title track's combination of crunchy snares, tactile melodies and swirling disco samples also ticks all the right boxes.Get new release alerts
