Review: All we know about Lawrence Le Doux is that he makes incredible electronic music under his other alias, Sun Ok Papi Ko, one that has seen the producer make everything from drone-like pieces to fizzy house rhythms. This is his first release under this moniker and much like the rest of his work, it's both beautiful and diverse. Belgian label Vlek is responsible for these latest four tunes and they've got it absolutely spot on. "Afruita" is our favourite, reminiscent of Theo Parrish's more daring jams on the MPC. There's some house in there, too, most notably on "Chorus", a summery house track for the early hours. Tip!
