Review: Hybrid Minds and Insideinfo isn't the type of partnering that would immediately spring to mind, each artist having quite distinctly different styles that would ordinarily prevent a smooth collaboration. But, on this occasion the obvious is not the case and the result is an extraordinarily good single. 'Split in 2' features Laville on the vocals and is the smoother of the two yet still crams in some Insideinfo-esque dirtiness beneath the vocal-led veneer. 'Beneath', on the other hand, is the tearout of the two and has one of the most rambunctious basslines you'll hear all year - picture Serum crossed with Enei crossed with LSB. It's naughty, just take out word for it.
