Review: Berlin based Underyourskin are back, following up some fantastic released by the likes of Zigan Aldi, Sander and Kyrill & Redford in recent times. It is now over to Ali Kuru, the Leng Records affiliated producer and DJ from Turkey - who will cast a spell on you with the Beyhude EP. From the title track with its exotic Middle Eastern aesthetics, and hazy "Ahval" which will have you cosmic travelling across the dancefloor via this esoteric epic - it will appeal to fans of grooves on Crosstown Rebels. Finally, bear witness to the evocative deepness of "Hizab", a hypnotic tech house journey filled with yet more elements of the desert, plus traditional instruments channeled through a modern electronic framework.

Review: After his remix of Shkoon's track "Bushiya", Chilean DJ/producer Rodrigo Gallardo now presents with his own EP on Underyourskin Records. It is the first solo EP on the imprint by him, according to the German label. Gallardo has put together a mix of electronica and downtempo here on the Minero EP. In addition to the two original tracks - the woozy latin folk of the title track and "Como Si Fueran Dioses" (which will appeal to fans of the Crosstown Rebels or Sol Selectas sound) the release also includes a minimal techno styled remix by Berlin's M.RUX and one by MoM & ANuT which is respectful to the original, but injects it with more added dancefloor dynamics in impressive fashion.

Review: Over the last few years, Zigan Aldi has carved a niche as a tech-house producer who is not afraid to pepper his productions with mystical instrumentation and humid, intoxicated aural textures. He continues that approach on this solid five-track salvo, alternating between exotic and quietly psychedelic floor-fillers (see opener "Olin", with its tactile European tech-house beats and bazouki style motifs) and slower, even deeper excursions (the dreamy and near horizontal slo-mo house of "Seems to Be". We'd argue that the standout is probably rolling deep house cut "Miracle (featuring Sandeck)", which sounds like the result a dancefloor dream about being high in Turkey, though the bolder, darker and more percussive "In My Face" is almost as impressive.

Review: Hraach is an Armenian born producer currently living in Spain. He began producing in 2011 and it is apparent that he has found his true calling. Having released under labels such as Sol Selectas, Akumandra (Andante), The Purr-Soleid and now Germany's Underyourskin: who present his fabulous Hidden Dimension EP. Starting out with the deep and mesmerising title track, which also gets remixed by Montreal's Kora (Kindisch/Earthly Delights) who takes it deeper into slinky tech house territory. Second original track "Nemesis" delves into the exotic with its lovely harpsichord melody but balanced by that razor sharp bassline. The remix up next by Tara Brooks from Los Angeles is even spacier and would be perfect to play at sunrise.
