She's back! Matthew Herbert's longtime collaborator, wife and muse, Dani Siciliano, strikes out on her own for the first time in ten years since 2006's "Why Can't I Make You High". On "I'm The Question" she delivers some cute and infectious, pop-inflected experimentalism with her wonderful vocal delivery as always. There is an absolutely killer remix by Concrete Paris resident Ben Vedren; this is the kind of bass driven, stripped back house groove you could imagine rocking a heaving dancefloor at sunrise on the infamous boat party or Panorama Bar alike. No wonder the guy's released on the likes of Minibar and Silver Network. There's an accapella remix by Vedren also but don't be misled: this is actually a remix which fully utilizes the vocals but over a more restrained and reduced groove.Get new release alerts
