Next up from the team over at DMWSOUND, we see them get real busy, unveiling the first edition of their brand new compilation series 'Dmwsound Presents'. This selection is a fantastic pinpointer to where dubstep currently sits as a whole in 2021. The spectrum for this one covers a super wide range, with the likes of Panix firstly supplying the system ready goods on 'Peppermint', followed by the old school LFO action of 'Overthrow' from Ranking Dan and the spicy subs of Teffa's 'The Chase'. From here we dive into a much more minimal display from Inner Echo on 'Nuff Dollars', before Breez displays some tectonic plate-shifting sub horn punches on 'BrassGas' and Tik&Borrow deliver a creeping roller by the name of 'Microbeam'. Finally, Bisweed's 'Directions' sits ready to put the subs through their paces, before rounding off on 'Angel Dust', a slower explosion of rhythmic perfection from Tribal Dubs. What a collection this is!
