Tech-house, minimal and deep tech have a lot to answer for: deep house grooves of a more soulful bent are a lot harder to find these days, so lovers of such will definitely want to check for this three-tracker from Copenhagen-based Johansen, which comes to you courtesy of the mighty Large. The original mix can be filed under 'deep house' or 'US garage' as you see fit, while the remix from Brighton's Scott Diaz pushes us firmly into the latter camp and is 100% pure bump, with skippy beats, chopped-up vox and cool, Rhodes-y keys.
