Fresh from the release of the Slow Down single on Catch & Release, Sosa UK joins forces with Floorplay founders Prok & Fitch for a collaborative EP on Hot Creations. What's on offer is weighty, sweaty and big room ready, particularly title track 'Dance Lapse' - a rolling, sub-heavy chunk of peak-time tech-house built around crunchy drums, fuzzy aural textures, booming bass and eyes-closed vocal snippets. The trio moves further towards mind-mangling tech-house territory on the glitchy, wobble bass-sporting, lightly UKG influenced wonkiness of 'Sweat', before reaching for urgent, excitable, delay-laden electronic lead lines on the similarly sub-heavy chunkiness of 'Footsteps in the Dark'.
