Review: British house extraordinaire Archie Fairhurst aka Romare presents his new album Fantasy, which comes courtesy of his newly launched label You See. Taking a noticeably more abstract approach to sampling than previous material, he incorporates live instrumentation with his own vocals, plus the introduction of aesthetics from fantasy cinema - hence the title. From the hypnotising folk atmosphere of "Quiet Corners Of My Mind", to the downbeat urban blues of "Walking In The Rain" or the late night acid house of "Seventh Seal" - it's a cohesive effort seeing him remain at the top of his game.
