Review: Following their well received Live Selection EP, the Drop Out Orchestra continue the pressure with a single track Drop Out Cutz release that's just brimming with bittersweet disco flavour. There's a lovely live disco-soul feel to the "High On Love" edit, despite the addition of all manner of new percussive elements (a regular Drop Out Cutz trick) and the faint whiff of 21st century FX. What really makes the track, though, is the source material. In combination, the breezy horns and uplifting (but strangely melancholic) vocal are addictive, and there's enough percussive pressure to provide plenty of peaktime thrills.
