A scintillating EP here from Skeletone who lends his hand to the Fokuz imprint with impressive style and aplomb. Opener "Hope This Makes You Happy" is a charming cut with drifting rhythms, humming sub bass and a seductive vocal which curls over the beats like smoke rings on a summers day. After this we move on to "Pieces" - another contemplative one, with lingering lyrics, jazz-y piano keys and punchy, rolling drums. And then last of all it's a collab with Silent Groove as "Wish I" brings things to a close with lush atmospherics, soulful undertones and plenty of gentle liquid vibes.Get new release alerts
