Review: Digital Terror continue their version excursions with the second part of their celebratory remix series and they're pulling out the biggies... Taxman adds a whole new layer of distorted harmonics to Macky Gee's 2014 album banger "Deny", Jayline completely switches the jumpy bassline of "Wolf Bite" into some more electrifying and textural, Nu Elementz take us right back to 2010 with a massive re-up of High Roller's drill-like "Croc Hunter" while T>I completely subverts Hoogs' "Jungle Bad" with his signature slap-about swagger. Terrorific.

Review: Northampton's king of future jungle-bass-rave Ritchie Kellingray is back with a new long player, Outrageous, under his Strange Rollers moniker. It's a meaty old listen too with a variety of urban bass sounds all cooked up in the roasting dish, through the piano hardcore of opener "Dance With Me", the boomy dub-hop of "Follow", the DnB-meets-reggae instrumental "Sweet Reggae Music" and the deep Enigma-goes-rave mystic swirls of "Broken Glass".

Review: Digital Pilgrimz level up to LP mode with their debut long'un One Hundred. If you've followed their previous releases on Future Follower and the likes of Ultra Bass you'll already know the drill; pristine UKG, breaks and D&B with precision measures of soul, savagery and depth. All floor-primed and glowing with unabashed broken funk, highlights include the tubular harmonics and jazzy organs on "Stronger", the gully-crunched skipper "Calling All Dancers" and the jungle cavalcade romp "Mercy Tings". Loaded with rubs from Strong4Life, Dephex, Shiva and Godlike for good measure, this is an all-out bounty in every direction. A very accomplished debut album.

Review: High R8 isn't a label we're intimately familiar with but, based on this fiery release from Metal Work, is an imprint that puts out hard-hitting music that's packed full of attitude. There's certainly no sugar in this release and 'No Sugar' confirms that, with a deliciously solid percussive line underneath a glitched-out flurry of basses and synths, all of which are packed with the type of energy we've come to expect from the jump-up scene. All of the others are in a similar vein, making this release solid all round.

Review: Apparent Russian garage and techno producer (fresh) Ghostek hooks up with Slava Marchenko, aka Sqz me on Macabre Unit Digital following releases by Ohmtrix and Demon. The collaboration presents five tracks of heavy, digital laden snarling bass cuts that snarl, growl and tear at the speakers. But before we dive into that, it's the stripped back and minimal darkness of "High Roller" that's indeed a jungle infused highlight. "Sidereal" lines up some trademark post-dubstep drums similar to the sounds of early Tessela records on Punch Drunk, while "Dajjal" and "Bogus System" slash and slam their way through hell's gate experiencing a riot.

Review: A varied cast of remixers take on Austin and Vinyl Junkie's "Can't Go Back", with the original sharing Prodigy-like beats and percussion with an '80s synth pop euphoria. Sanxion look to heavy dub step in their remake, while Cottonmouth is on a similar tip also. Maximum Baxter creeps in elements of Baile Funk with his version, while Dom Almond looks to peak time Euro dance as his inspiration. Strange Rollers cap of the EP with a remix that incorporates a shuffling grooves and hints of drum and bass while washing Rachel Wallace's vocals in heavy reverb.
